Update to original review . Reimbursement for repairs was received . The issues were corrected. cooler post maintenance has performed well.
After the purchase of a walk-in cooler and Freezer, I have nothing but great experiences with Polar King. Prompt to answer questions and assist with any troubles.
We had our Polar King walk in freezer delivered yesterday. The drivers name was Jerry and called us the day before to arrange the best time for us to receive the delivery. He arrived on time and was very friendly, professional, and efficient despite the extremely cold temperature. The freezer looked great and Jerry placed it on our pad perfectly! Let me start this review by saying if you need a walkin cooler or freezer Polar King will not be the cheapest.That being said if you want a reliable, efficient, high quality piece of equipment to protect your frozen products ( frozen money) then buy a Polar king and dont look back!.. Salesman Patric and the team at Polar King are top notch with the expertise and support to turn your vision iinto reality!...I trusted them with 2 freezers for my business Seapony Bait and Tackle and there will be a third!...
Polar king did not send reimbursement for repairs needed for defective unit as promised . Also cooler leaks every rain. Won't purchase again and would definitely not recommend .
