I was looking for a family doctor and found Polar iHealth Clinic. I’ve been going there since March 3, 2025, for my pregnancy checkups with Dr. Akinlade and Dr. Mohar. It’s very easy to book an appointment, especially through the Medeo App. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they quickly became familiar with me and always remembered my name and appointments. I never had any issues with scheduling since I always arrive early or on time. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor!
I had an appointment at 3:30 PM and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time — this is the second time it has happened. What’s frustrating is that once I arrived 10 minutes late, my appointment was cancelled and I was charged $25. It feels unfair that patients are expected to be perfectly on time, yet the clinic does not value our time in the same way. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves scheduling and customer service.
What is the purpose of phone line, when you guys never gonna answer? My wife was told that she will be sent link to email to register to receive requisition for blood test and we have been waiting for it since morning so that she can go get blood test done! Tried calling multiple times but no answer! Ridiculous!!!!
Me and family have been going to the iHealth Clinic since the first day it opened. I am especially thankful to Dr. Mirza Zoya, she is a very kind and understanding person. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. The office staff are also professional and polite as well. I would highly recommend polar iHealth clinic.
