Receptionist arguing with me about missed appt and I told her I left a message canceling she raised her voice and said NO I didn't!!! So rude and unprofessional when I need to book due to poor health..you don't treat patients that way!!! Discuss fees when in person yelling at me for fees Is unacceptable behavior!! There was No simply it was downright condescending and rude tone! I also had called in each time and had to leave voice mails as I did cancel my appt in time ! If you cannot answer your emails this is not my fault!... read more
Worst doctors office in the city, you can call all day and they never answer the phones. I called not 30 seconds after they called me (couldn’t answer because I had something on my hands). I called back 4 times with no answer.
