My family doctor Dr. Arshia Nabeel is truly wonderful. She is polite and takes time to listen and never makes me feel rushed. On my first visit she discussed all my health issues and all follow ups were made to take care of my medical conditions. I also want appreciate the staff there. They are very helpful. would highly recommend this clinic.
Long wait times, and the reception staff is unbelievably rude every time. They also rescheduled my appointment from 1:40pm to 1:10pm without consulting me beforehand.
2 stars only because of the receptionist.I have been with Dr. Mirza for 6 years and she has been the best and the previous receptionists have been great too. However, the current receptionist is very rude and the phone is always on busy and when I visited the clinic, she said that if I take the vaccine from shoppers (which is closer to my place) instead of their clinic, the doctor won’t like it. I don’t understand how does that even make sense. 5 stars for Dr. Mirza always.
A huge thank you to Dr. Arshia Nabeel—an incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable family doctor. She always provides outstanding care and professionalism, and I leave every visit feeling confident and well looked after.
The clinic is very welcoming. Everyone from front desk staff to dr are very polite and helpful. They also have walk in option which is great! Highly recommend if you are looking for family doctor. Dr. Nabeel is great.
