Un petit conseil pour le superviseur, si vous avez des vendeuses qu’elles ont besoin de fermer la boutique durant les heures d’ouverture et d’aller au “toilette”pendant 30min+ et revenir les mains plein de sacs avec leurs manteau sur le dos alors pourquoi pas prévoir une deuxième vendeuse qui pourra servir les clients qu’ils ont besoin d’acheter leurs cadeaux de Noël? Aucune professionnalisme et niveau de service à la clientèle très bas, dommage pour une période achalandée comme ça.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The lady has no skills to deal with clients and doesn’t bother to follow up on exchanges. She was afraid to ruin her nails if she opens a bracelet to show it to me, so she didn’t. We also have been dealing with an exchange for 7 weeks now, she promises to come back (through a simple phone call) with updates on the new order and never does. Was waiting for service on a specific 475$ watch as the only sales person was busy when I arrived. Waited for a fairly long time. As soon as the sales person was finished with the other client, she informed me that I needed to leave the store because she wanted to close it so she could use the bathroom. She spoke in an angry tone and was not apologetic at all.
