These people are running loud generators 24/7 and do not allow neighbors to sleep! The fumes coming from their generator is awful. The police are not helpful. As soon as they hear the sirens, somebody shuts off the generator. They also make construction noises as early as 5 AM Sunday morning. I'll be contacting the EPA shortly as well.
Really back contractor. Does not start on time and there is always an excuse as to what the job is not on going Not sure what his issue is, but I can promise you something; you will regret hiring this guy One star is the minimum. I wish they is a Zero star
Takes the money from customers an doesn't back pay his employees I'd advise all persons to avoid this company ....pays under the table as well (no stubs for legal) .....can't even take them to court ....smh ....(garbage)

I'm sorry to say that Polar General Contractors should be avoided. The business owner appears to be in financial troubles. We paid him a very large (for us) deposit in November 2016, which we believe he used to pay old debts. He then didn't have any money to buy materials or hire a team to start our work.
