Easy to order prompt called when they were coming.
We have been in a pinch due to an emergency power situation at a critical communications location. From start to finish with contract to delivery, Polar Gas has been on point, they fast tracked out paperwork and got it completed so we were able to set up deliveries in short order with basically no notice to them. Each time we call they are on their game, fast and friendly, without issue. We are defiantly grateful for their diligence and ability to get us through a crisis situation. Excellent on every level.
I have been unhappy since the ownership change (thompson acquistion). I used to have autopay, you guys would show up, leave a receipt and charge my card. Worked great. Then you started wanting 2% to use a card and offering no discounts for promptpayment. I then decided I would pay as late as possible because there is no benefit to me to pay early. You then started charging delivery fees and late fees and whatever else I have gotten several emails from accounts payable on your side, but they never respond back to me. I will g... read more
