Travis is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I bought a Polar G3 from a local dealer in Michigan in which this person was not helpful at all. Travis came to the rescue. He helped me get my boiler hooked up. He is willing to talk, send pictures, etc. and troubleshoot anything that I need. Even little questions about wood he is helpful. his customer service is top notch. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. I highly recommend him and his services!
