Pat is very friendly and professional! He took the time to explain what was going on and was very thorough to make sure it wouldn't happen again. We found him on google and are glad that we did. We'll definitely use his services again!
Buyer Be Aware! After installing a HVAC system from PATRICK and spending $8000 with this guy things fell apart rather quickly. My main breaker on the yard would jump repeatedly leaving my yard without power for hours on end. After getting a electrician in it became clear that Pat has no idea how to properly install breakers in a panel without checking loads and balancing lines even though it requires him to be certified in basic electrical knowledge. Needed maintenance done on my furnace. Pat was quick to come take a look, and his work was fast and thorough. He also talked me through some options for future maintenance and possible upgrade. I appreciate the good service.
If you're in South Calgary or the Okotoks/Black Diamond area and need a hard working, honest HVAC guy then Pat's your man. Very pleasantly surprised with his work ethic and commitment to doing a good job. He worked hard to give me a good value emergency repair on my older furnace but also took the time to review the install and make recommendations on when and why I should consider replacing it with a new furnace.
