We have used polar express for our a/c needs since 2016. We have them service annually, they fitted two new units and whenever we have had problems they have come out and fixed them. They are really easy to schedule, in very busy times they have always fitted us in if our system had a problem. I like that we usually get the same technician for services, we have only had two different technicians in 10 years. They are fairly priced and we have always been happy with their work. Would recommend without hesitation.
The guys at Polar Express are so nice and honest. I’ve used them for over 10 years and not once have they ever tried to push a repair or replacement that wasn’t needed. They always respond quickly when I call them.
They are the definition of a technician. Not a silver tongued salesman. I am naive about about ac units and they have NEVER taken advantage of me with emotional urgency to up sell new products. DOUBLE RECOMMEND.

Crazy driver, going 20+ over speed limit on 99. More safety meetings are needed. I could get a picture of the back of the truck they were driving too fast to get the company logo
