We have relied on Polar Express for all our HVAC needs since 2015. They are thoroughly professional in their service and provide prompt service for any outages. We truly appreciate the free warranty services they have carried out without any hassles. During one of the outages we called Abacus who came and said the entire 5T AC unit had to be replaced. These guys are amazing. They do everything in their power to save you money on repair. They really now their trade. My house was struck by lightning and fried the unit in the attic. When I called, they walked me over the phone on what to look for and repair myself. Turns out I needed more. Tech came out and trouble shot every component and got me going saving the cost of a new unit. Very friendly and let you know exactly what's going on. I highly recommend them.
Polar express is awesome. They are easy to communicate with, quick to come out, never try to upsell you, and reasonably priced. Happy to recommend them to friends and family!
I have been using Polar Express for several years now and they have always done an excellent job and gotten my issues taken care of quickly. Today I had a capacitor go out on one of my units. They came out that afternoon and replaced it and had the unit back up and running in under 20 minutes. They never try to upsell anything. They identify the issue and fix it quickly. I appreciate that kind of integrity with their technicians.
