Don’t look elsewhere, these guys are it! Not only are they so kind and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they are HONEST! We kept getting the run around with another AC contractor, and were told we needed to “replace” part of the AC air ducts, due to severe mold… Fast forward, called Polar Express for a second opinion and other potential leaks, and they confirmed there is no such issue and helped walk us through each concern and gave us recommendations. Tech showed up uninterested, no equipment, no ladder, no flashlight. Had to give him a step ladder and said lowly “ugh”. I gave him the ladder then he asked “what’s with the “ugh”. I just pointed to the damage. Called the next week to ask about repair quote. Office Mgr said Tech would send. 2 days later, still no quote. No excuse except just bad service.
I have read all the amazing reviews on here. However, our experience was quite different. I would give a zero rating if I could. HVAC technician stomped into our house - not even a "hello". Turned down the AC. Ran upstairs with his shoes on. Made a huge mess. I tried to get info - but he just dismissed me. I felt so violated having this guy in my house. We have relied on Polar Express for all our HVAC needs since 2015. They are thoroughly professional in their service and provide prompt service for any outages. We truly appreciate the free warranty services they have carried out without any hassles. During one of the outages we called Abacus who came and said the entire 5T AC unit had to be replaced.
