The team at Polar did an amazing job for our end of lease clean. Great attention to detail, service and a good price. We were so impressed! We received comment from our property manager that the place was “immaculate” which we owe to the lease clean. Thanks again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company for an end-of-lease clean and the apartment was cleaner before they arrived. Despite four workers, the job was incomplete floors were still filthy, the balcony wasn’t cleaned properly, and wall marks that were included in the quote and paid for upfront were not done. They demanded pre-payment, then claimed items weren’t included when they clearly were. On top of that, they were rude and dismissive when I raised concerns with photos. Friendly service but the clean took double amount of time than what was advised. For the 8hrs, would expect the place to be spotless. Otherwise, if it finished in 3-4hrs, then it would have been sufficient but still not perfect.

Absolutely recommend these guys, honestly the most thorough cleaning job I’ve ever seen. Shivam worked efficiently but with such strong attention to detail for my move in clean :) great communication about arrival time too. thank you!!!
