Great exercise and great fun! We visit Polar Caves every other year. It's always enjoyable for the kids and the adults who don't mind climbing all of those stairs! The caves are a lot of fun to explore - but there are some tight squeezes and the dark can be spooky for younger children. BE PREPARED when you go to the park to participate in strenuous activity. Great for Kids We stopped here on our way back from Conway with our 11 year old grandson and he loved it. Climbing the stairs and going through the caves can be a bit strenuous but kids really enjoy this place. The gift shop is nice but the snack bar is inadequate so don't plan lunch there. We do recommend this for those with young children.
