We had the Polar Breeze folks out this week to install a new ductless system to cover our main room, and it was a great experience. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and did great work. They even plumbed out a few things extra while they were in the panel / under the home so that future expansion would be easier down the road. The new unit works beautifully and all connections are tight and sealed well. They also took the time to walk us through using the new unit post-install. And - we did shop this one... read more

The owner was very polite and professional. Willing to answer any questions. All schedules were kept and all appointments were made in a timely manner. Being a prior 25 year contractor myself he does business the way I would have done it. I would definitely recommend this company 100 percent.
