I am blessed to have Hector as a neighbor, and he was gracious enough to send his employee to help me with my AC as he had a prior engagement this evening. My house is cooling down and my babies and I are incredibly grateful! Thank you very much Hector and your employee!! Sorry I didn't get your employees name, we had a bit of a language barrier but I am beyond thankful to both of you!

They are the reason that we have been sitting in a hot, humid house for almost a week. The guy missed our appointments, didn't return phone calls, and gave us the run around. What good is a warranty, if the job is done poorly and they never come back out? Will never use them again.
