Clowns. They will shake you down for every cent they can get, and leave your vehicle in worse shape than you started with. They got me for $3k. Misdiagnosed issues, sloppy repair work. After three visits, my vehicle is still blowing hot air intermittently and the bumper was reinstalled poorly.
These guys are ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!!! My wife had minor AC issues, and we called Polar Bear AC to hopefully diagnose the problem. We would even pay for the diagnoses. After some quick research we understood our issue was more than likely an AC actuator. The techs’ name was Scott. When Scott spoke with my wife over the phone, he was adamant to come to our house for the diagnoses instead of my wife's work where the car was currently located.
