We have been working with Polar Bear for almost a year now. They are THE BEST. Doriel greets you and assists in all logistics to get the work done. She is a great communicator and very responsive. Air Conditioning is essential in Florida and they act fast to get you cool again. They have installed units, routinely maintained units and repaired units for us. Great service and professional staff
I’ve been using them for over 9 years for both business and personal needs, and their service has always been outstanding. Matt runs a great team, Doriel in customer service is always helpful and professional, and Al is an expert technician who takes the time to explain everything and solve the issue right the first time. The rest of the technicians are excellent as well. Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest service every time. Highly recommended!
