Our house has been a furnace in the summers ever since we bought it in 2017. It was time for a new AC. I couldn't have picked a better company to buy it from. Matt and Javier are 5* people. I had a chance to meet Jim D. This company believes in great value and high end work. So impressed with the quality standard they set forth. I have dealt with so many companies that act like it is an inconvenience to call you back. But not so with Jim. Thank you Polar bear air, Jim and Victoria!
To be honest, the girl who answers the calls is super rude, crude, has no manners and is not professional when answering the phone. I think her name is Matt Rosen; although the company does a very good job and has excellent prices, they should improve their customer service because it overshadows what could make them stand out among so many other air conditioning companies.
