I scheduled a service appointment with Polar Bear Air and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was not completed in a timely manner, leaving me without properly functioning air conditioning when I needed it most during the World Cup. Communication was poor, and the overall customer service experience fell well below expectations. In addition, the owner was rude and unprofessional during our interactions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.

I’ve never done business with this company, but I had an interaction with the owner that left a negative impression. He came across as rude, and his driving appeared aggressive. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others.

I was quoted $2,300 just to pull a permit under their license for an AC unit, which is completely unreasonable. There was no installation involved, no materials, just paperwork and a license sign-off. I’ve since learned that in Lee County, this type of service typically costs a fraction of that. Charging over two grand for something like this feels excessive and out of touch with reality. There are no words to describe the mental anguish Paul, the owner, and Matt, his worker put me through. He wouldn't come back to make his work pass Lee county code. Another company, over a year, and $2,000 later it passed. Run, don't walk away from Polar Bear Air.
