Awesome Great!
Super friendly! Took my truck in to see what was making a noise (water pump). That was 1:30 on a Tuesday. Dropped truck off the next morning and it was done at 11 am the same day. While working on it they called and said I might need another part. When I got there it turned out I didn't need it. Honest, reliable, and friendly. Wish everyone did business this way. Thanks guys!
Greg and crew are fantastic and fair mechanics. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to fairness and customer service! As a woman, it can be intimidating to take your car to a mechanic. I know that I have felt taken advantage of at other shops that I have had work on my cars in the past. BUT every time I have gone to Polar, I have come away with feeling taken care of and usually spending less than was estimated. If you want to have your car worked on by someone who is fair and good, take you car to Polar!
