The service was very good. The technician was friendly, professional, and very respectful. I have severe chemical sensitivities, and they took my concerns seriously, checking with me multiple times before using any product. I also really appreciated the cleaning products they used. Most of them were fragrance-free and left no noticeable residue, so the air inside the car felt clean and comfortable afterward, which is very important for someone with my sensitivities.
