Had to get my air conditioner fixed up, right in the middle of this rough heat. When the repairman, Kyle, came to fix it he got it done quick and easy. Cost a lot less than I had expected too, so I highly recommend this company.

Sydney & Zach are great! Needed proof for our city, that our backflow was inoperable. They were able to update the BSI online system. Thought I would get charged for service, but they did not charge because they did not turn on or fix anything. Most companies charge just to come out. Polar heating and air will always get my business.

Our old AC went out over the weekend during a heat wave. They came out on a Sunday, lent us a portable AC to get us through, and installed an entire new AC and furnace in less than 8 hours the following day. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thanks.

I submitted an online request - no, a PLEA! - for help getting the AC at my parents' house to bring the temperature down below 80°. Another company claims "response within hours"... Guess that thinking I would hear from them the same day was my bad, because they didn't really say how MANY hours. I messaged Polar Aire, and got a response within minutes! No kidding!
