Enrico constanti is uncappable at what he does you can call him 24-7 and no answer he is extremely sneaky and canot be trusted AND what staff if you had any they would answer your phone and your WORK is extremely SLOPPY you left holes on the exterior walls out side and your window company is irresponsible I got frost coming in from the front door and you cut out 9 inch holed threw the brick and you left 3 inch gaps on the exterior walls outside you're unreal and your plumber forgot to remove the old piping from the outside a... read more
I have had the unfortunate fortune of using Polar Air about 3 years ago. When my furnace was installed they had installed the wrong filter housing and not to mention that every time that my furnace turns on it makes a loud thud. I have called Enrico on his cell phone and the Polar Air office numerous times and never EVER got a call back. I have left plenty of messages as well. The technician (Anil) showed up promptly. He went straight to diagnosing my parents' 30 year old AC unit and had it fixed an running in 15 minutes. No sales, no delays just an excellent and quick diagnosis and repair. My parents were so happy as they are quite old and the house had reached 32 Celsius prior to the repair.
My elderly parents installed a furnace with Polar Air Systems less than 2 months ago. It has now been 10 days since it broke down. We call the office and Enrico, the owner everyday. They just ignore us. I now have to call someone else in and void the warranty. if you compare all of the positive reviews across multiple sites, you will find that they were all written during the same week - an indication that friends and family were solicited to writes them. I wish I would have picked up on that sooner.
