Terrific split system installation and went out of their way to repair a hole after installation which was no fault of theirs. Thank you
Job was finished split system but left a whole showing which I was told about after removing the old system and installing the new one should have been contacted before installing the new system. Got home and that was the way it was left, also grease marks left on wall and bathroom sink left with greasy residue after washing their hands. Wasn’t shown how to connect the system to wifi because it was a new series Mitsubishi and they had no idea how to do it. Due to the more frequent hot weather we decided to get our 4 bedroom home ducted reverse cycle air conditioned. We obtained 3 quotes with Polar Air being the first to reply and having the best communication of the 3 with fair pricing. We decided their 3 offered systems looked good and went with the slightly more expensive Panasonic system with 9 zones.
