Can't get in to see a doctor ever. No continuity of care. I am supposed to be monitored for high blood pressure and an access on my hernia. My doc,says call back but you call and they tell you to go to urgent care! I am trying to find a new doctor. This practice is not safe for me anymore.

Waited 6 months for an appointment only to be told the day of my appointment they weren’t taking any new patients because one of their doctors left. No phone call. No text. No letter in the mail prior to my first appointment. Absolute joke of an office. Look elsewhere if looking for a PCP.

I waited for over 6 months to be seen by one of their doctors and when I called them to see if I could move up my appointment, they told me that they canceled me out. No phone call, no nothing! They can’t seem to keep doctors at this practice. They also canceled my wife’s appointment as well. Very poorly run practice. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Called before closing for covid medicine was told someone would call me back. If not call back. I did that got answering service was told they would send message to have someone call back in 20 minutes if not try again. Did that 7 times and nobody got back to me. Pharmacy closing at 8 pm so I gave up.
