Do not recommend this place. After not being able to get ahold of someone to schedule. Lady who answers phones is very rude and unprofessional. Blaming me for their mistakes. At least they could’ve done is take accountability for their mistake..
I’ve had issue with my taxes and haven’t gotten any information. Every time I’ve called either his mom says he’s busy and will call back later or I just simply get ignored. Whatever he did to mess up my taxes caused me to not receive them at all and made 0 effort to make this right.
Absolutely terrible, never again. late filed, wrong info, never follows up or calls back. It is an absolute mess that Im having to fix now!
