It’s happened several times, he only an answers the first text message promising to help me with filing my taxes. Then he never replies or response to any of my calls or text messages. However on Snapchat I see him posting at the same time that he’s not answering. So unprofessional!!!! People beware!!!!
John and company saved me and my tax issues he’s legit and I’m thankful to have him on my side!!!!
Do not recommend this place. After not being able to get ahold of someone to schedule. Lady who answers phones is very rude and unprofessional. Blaming me for their mistakes. At least they could’ve done is take accountability for their mistake..
I’ve had issue with my taxes and haven’t gotten any information. Every time I’ve called either his mom says he’s busy and will call back later or I just simply get ignored. Whatever he did to mess up my taxes caused me to not receive them at all and made 0 effort to make this right.
