DO NOT USE. This company is unethical, unresponsive, and dishonest. Like everyone else it seems, I used Polamer when USPS quoted a shipment as expensive. I paid for the air freight of 5-7 days. It has been 25 business days and the recipient still has not received the package. I emailed four times— no response. I called three times and was transferred (each time) from phone to phone by extremely brusque individuals until I finally reached a desk with an answering machine. After getting what I thought was a high quote via USPS, I chose to ship my package to Polamer's office in IL so they ca forward it to Poland. The cost estimator on their website only shows per pound price not mentioning dimensions. I was very upset when they priced the shipping cost at $42 instead of $25 that I was expecting but since they already had my package I had no choice but to pay it.
