I recently purchased a used home and when frigid weather hit discovered that 3 of the 4 units making up the window had broken seals. I was dismayed to learn that I would need to replace the entire window. I proceeded to do some research and was thrilled to learn that Erik could repair each unit and even offer a 7 year warranty against leakage at a reasonable cost. Erik installed the new units today and his workmanship is amazing and such a pleasant person to work with.
