Truly the most caring receptionist and doctor TEAM i have ever came across. Always a pleasure :D
Can't speak on the doctor, never got to meet him. Receptionist ruined my taste for this place before even going once. Rescheduling 4+ times, condescending, rude & hung up on me when I explained I work full Time amd can't jumble my schedule that much. Might be a good idea to hire someone else cause that'll turn away more people than just me eventually.
Dr. Pokroy was very helpful and recommended a varieties of therapies, natural remedies, medication and Botox treatments to manage my migraine and muscle contraction headaches. He was patient and thoughtful and exceeded my expectations. His receptionist was warm and friendly as well.
