got a salmon bowl (build your own) today; and I was expecting a bit more. The rice was a bit dry/hard, and the salmon was such a strange texture :( I suspect maybe it was thawed from frozen? I don’t know. But it didn’t taste fresh I did love the selection of crunch toppings. Wasabi mayo sauce was delicious. Ponzu was very meh :/ I think this may have been an off day, especially looking at other customer photos. But I was definitely disappointed. Service was great though. The person helping me was friendly 🫶
