Our order was wrong when we got delivery and they offered no resolution despite it being their fault. However when we went in person the order was correct and the food was very good.
My bf and I ordered two bowls on Uber Eats and mine was made okay, but his was SEVERELY under filled and missing toppings. He got a large and I got a small, and his bowl had less food than my small bowl and didn’t have spicy mayo nor the masago (which is extra). Having worked in the food service/qsr industry for a few years, this is super disappointing. If you’re paying for a large bowl, you should get A LARGE BOWL, like it’s not that hard to understand and it’s not that hard to make sure all components of the bowl are there... read more
