The food is very tasty and well prepared. The staff if extremely friendly.
Love their bowls, but the last few times tye rice wasn't cooked. After the second time, I gave up. It's too bad.
By far the worst restaurant experience I have had in a while, and especially surprising that it came from a military installation. I ordered carryout through doordash with the expected time approximately 20-25 mins later. I showed up 35 mins later and the order wasn't started and seemingly wouldn't have been if I had not shown up. This resturant was my firm favorite and I previously gave it all 5 stars. Yesterday I got some serious negative attitude from my server. 75 cents per extra sauce and adding injury to insult gave me a tuna bowl in stead of the seafood I normally get. I bought it for dinner so only discovered the mistake at 7 pm. Bowl went into the trash this morning and I will no longer buy from them.
wait in line for 15 minutes, make direct eye contact with workers and be ignored. horrible service
