Scalped pack pricing. Disgusting.
The store itself is a nice store. Lots of different things When it comes to variety of Pok�mon stuff like Plush toys, binders and stuff. The only problem I see with this franchise because watch out guys are multiple stores. There’s one in San Marcos at the outlets. One at the mall Barton Creek, but with that being said, I was looking at some of my resources (card pricing apps) and some of the cards are almost 6 dollars and more overpriced So I would not get it unless it’s a must have, happy hunting
The prices at this store are absolutely ridiculous and completely disconnected from actual market value. I saw cards being sold for several times what they are worth, including cards worth around $0.50 being priced at 9X. These kinds of markups are outrageous and make the store feel more like a place trying to take advantage of collectors than a trustworthy Pok�mon card shop. Prices are insanely out of touch with actual market value. Some cards are even marked up over 1000%. Literally saw a 50 cent card marked as 9 dollars and they claim because they are a brick and mortar store, they have no room to "negotiate". What an absolute joke of a card shop. I will never be back when places like Banditos or Mage's Sanctum exist. Those places have better selection and actually are good honest vendors, that watch their pricing appropriately.
