This is under a new owner but since the change over the lack of communication and help has been awful. No responses to numerous emails, texts and phone calls. I did find out the primary owner is suffering from a debilitating medical Condition and other family members are attempting to get a handle on the business. I rented a storage unit to temporarily store my daughter’s apartment belongings while she was between apartments. During that time, the unit flooded, and the contents inside were severely damaged and ruined. Since October 2025, I have made numerous attempts to contact this company to gather basic information needed to file an insurance claim. Phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. No stars. Do not give this company your bank info.
Very nice storage units but the customer service and communication are terrible. After ending my service in March, and also cleaning out my unit + giving proper notice, I was still charged for April and was told I’d be refunded, but have yet to receive April rent + my deposit. Would not recommend due to this. About a month later they did finally return my deposit.
My unit had a lake in front of it every time it rained and in the spring when the ice melted both of my units completely flooded and froze. Luckily I happened to check on them so nothing was damaged. Could have been a lot worse. I think they need to do a little better upkeep though.
