I have always wanted to try here after passing it a few times. I decided to stop but it seemed that the employee who was working was very overwhelmed and frustrated. Clearly prioritizing Doordash orders saying I had to wait 10 minutes when I was the only one in the store. After a few minutes of waiting I saw this employee get frustrated with another customer about not saying their full name for the pick up order and they also had to wait 10 minutes. Good food and friendly staff
I used to love this place but idk what happened to their service, I went there today and fish tasted old, rice is way too overcooked and very soft and soggy taste. Wont be coming to this location anymore
My first review here was 5 stars. The last several times have been a disappointment. I like to patronize local businesses, but this will be the last time I buy food from here. The portion size is still small compared to previous years and other places. ChaoDown Poki is so much better, but a bit further.
