Went in for a too good to go order and got 2 milk teas with no boba in them. The girl working the counter didnt speak to me once and was passive aggressive. I got the 2 milk teas in my order and thats it. I tried the milk teas and it was the worst tea ive ever had in my life by far. It tasted like dirty tea leaves and dishwater. I had to throw them both out because they were so disgusting

Yesterday was my first time visiting. On the doors, they had a poster advertising a BOGO free deal for boba drinks. I asked the cashier how I can redeem the deal, and she said that I had to download the app. The poster contained a QR code to download the app from the Apple App Store, but when I scanned it, the app did not exist.
