The poke here is super tasty and everything was delicious! My only complaint is that they charge an extra $0.50 for salmon. Paying extra just feels annoying-I'd honestly prefer if they just added that 50 cents to the base price and included it. Great food otherwise
I wanted to try this place cuz of all the good reviews so I went with a friend. The prices were really high plus they charge an additional 50 cents per scoop of salmon, which is ridiculous. Also the rice was not fresh. It was crunchy like it had been sitting in a rice cooker for too long or something. Then my friend found what looked like a black hair in his food but we think it was a piece of packaging maybe cuz of how easily it broke apart. Fresh ingredients and generous portions!
The best poke place in town. I don’t care that it’s “pricey” like some might suggest. You’re paying for quality, for great service, and for generous portions, all while supporting a well-deserving small business. The owner is very friendly. This place will always be my boyfriend and I’s favorite spot, not just because the ingredients are fresh and delicious (the seared salmon and the creamy shrimp are SO good), but also because of all the good memories of when he used to order their poke for us before he passed away.
