When I discovered Poke, I was mad at myself for walking by so many in the past. It is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted, and for the past several years, I’m an obsessed connoisseur! Poke Junction is at the top! Every ingredient was super fresh and beautiful, sauces so flavorful, the staff was smiling and friendly, portion was a great value, and the taste was the pure heaven that won me over. I will be stopping here whenever I come through Palmdale. Really amazing, great job!

Absolutely amazing!! It's so fresh. It feels like you are on a boat in Hawaii and you are enjoying the fresh catch of the day. I got the salmon, tuna, and the spicy tuna. Of course , I loaded it up with all those healthy vegetables. Fresh cucumbers, carrots, perfect avocado, creamy and delicious. Poke Junction has become one of my favorite places in Palmdale.
