First time coming here and it was way too salty. They add protein onto to the rice and put the sauce on top of the fish. What ends up happening is the sauce goes into the rice and the rice soaks it up. My recommendation to the shop is not to do that. The poke shop needs to put the fish in a separate bowl and mix sauce with the fish itself. Once finished mixing the fish should be transferred on the bed of rice and topped up with seaweed etc..
