This place is in the food court of the Staten Island Mall. We went around dinner time on a Sunday and there was plenty of seating. I don't know if it's offered all the time, but they had a combo special that includes an entree (chicken bowl, ramen noodles, poke bowl, or poke burrito) and a boba tea. Cheap employees. Pay for double portion received half scoop. Disgusting behavior！ Your employees just kept telling me to pay more. Please stop making excuses and take responsibility for what's happening.
Great food, great staff and decent pricing
I’m ordered cold coffee but they gave me hot coffee but when I said to them I ordered cold coffee they just gave me different cup with ice to add
Been here a couple times food is ok service is horrible. I asked for a poke bowl just spicy salmon and rice nothing else got a full bowl I ask for a new bowl since something’s in it I’m allergic to I was told eat around it I left my food there untouch in the bag never will return for no refund either they can keep the 15 bucks they just will never get anymore business from me going forward
