Had a bad taste from the beginning. Workers looked miserable, wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the guy preparing my bowl didn’t say anything except “what do you want?”. Tried to make small talk with the lady ringing me up; unfortunately she was being short. Good portions, unfortunately I couldn’t finish my bowl when I realized I received rotten slimy lettuce.
Always very attentive as soon as you walk into the door. I'm always in and out in about 5 minutes tops, which I love.
Went to pick up a pre order, get home and it’s COMPLETELY wrong. Not a single item in this bowl was what I ordered. To make matters worst it’s not like they were busy, one lady came in right before me to pick up as well. There was a young girl working, lights off, music cranked up. So it’s not like there was a lot of room to mess this up. Chains like this have gone so far down hill it makes it hard to eat out anymore.
Great service and bowls are stacked even small.
Not awful but I hate the random chunks of lettuce I get, the shrimp and salmon are so flavorless. Not the worst but could be better
