I went to Poke a number of times throughout my pregnancy for help with back and neck pain, hip & glute tightness & carpal tunnel wrist pain. I can't recommend highly enough.
I booked in because I was carrying a lot of tightness and tension, and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. The whole experience was unreal. Ryan took the time to understand what I do for work, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
