I have been using Pokadot Service for a few months. I am consistently impressed with the fantastic job they do on my home. They are punctual, thorough, and provide excellent service. I am always able to easily communicate with Sarah, she is responsive and helpful. I can't recommend their services enough.
I originally messaged on Facebook and was told to call after 6 on weekdays since she works until then. I call at 7 on a Friday and she says she remembers me from the Facebook message and goes, “oh, yeah, your job isn’t even worth our time”. My job was to come once a week for a 3 bathroom clean as I’m always alone with 4 kids, one who is disabled and all who I homeschool. I also wanted my oven cleaned. Sarah and her team are simply wonderful. They do the best job cleaning my home. They are kind, professional, and thorough. PolkaDot Girls have been cleaning for me for over two years and I’ll never use anyone else!
