I went to see Lucinda to get insoles made as I have a problem since having a stroke. She was very thorough and explained how they should help. She also highlighted a few issues I didn’t realise I had. The clinic is spotless and the clinicians and reception staff are so friendly. Lucinda couldn’t have been kinder. I would highly recommend Poized podiatry, the follow up and after care is excellent.
Had an assessment and the treatment was explained really well with different opinions. The next day I was able to start my course of treatments. Again at every step of the process it was explained and I felt in control and listened too. if there was any discomfort or concerns, I was listen to, the process was explained and I felt comfortable with the process. Definitely recommend this business to anyone requiring treatments.
Excellent service. Great attentiveness and care. Highly professional and very knowledgeable. I’ll be booking my laser treatments in the coming months and feel better with the treatment plan that has been arranged. Lucinda and her staff were beyond helpful and put me at ease straight away.
Great service. Really good with my daughter explained everything and made her feel at ease. Would defiantly recommend and use again thank you so much. We had been back and forth to GP for months with no explain action only wished I’d found you sooner .
