This is a follow-up to my initial review, which was very positive for good reason. But unfortunately the follow-up has not been good. Everything was great. Communicating with Eddie beforehand and figuring out what needed to be done was simple and efficient. To be honest, the crew came later than I had anticipated but they did everything that I had requested. They took out a lot of poison ivy in my backyard and especially in my neighbor's.
