Best tattoo and Piercing shop in Tampa and St Pete. Been to both locations, my wife goes to (owner) Emaline for tattoos, I go to Jae for tattoos and Rah did an Anti-eyebrow for me and we've both had nothing but positive experiences. Very welcoming and open, and really amazing quality work to go with it. Are you serious?? My husband walked in to get a price for a plain black tattoo to cover up a past one, literally 1/2" x 1/2". She, whoever, don't care, didn't even look at what he came in for and quoted $200! Now in St Pete, I can understand because of tourism, but Tampa? And the ghetto also?! LOL
