Unfortunately we had to call on behalf of our teen son and unfortunately no one ever answered the phone. The emergency department also tried to get a hold of them for hours and never did get through. I assure you we will be looking farther into this. I was able to speak to someone during the next day time shift and they told me a manager would contact me but we still haven't heard a thing. Thankful our child is ok but this is absolutely unacceptable for 24/7.
The lady I spoke to was very kind, helpful and understanding! She put my mind at ease and didn’t make me feel like a bad mom. Thank you!

Accidentally drank 2 L of cyanide and the poison centre saved the day once again! Very thankful! They also have great ingredients for various kinds of sauces if anyone needs them!
