I have recently completed a series of 10 sessions of Alexander Technique with Jeremy, over a few months. I started as a complete beginner but found his ability to explain the concepts, often with very memorable analogies, made them clear and easy to grasp. Jeremy is an excellent educator, with vast patience and a raft of options at his disposal to either demonstrate the learning on himself or an external object. Jeremy is an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher of the Alexander Technique, and my lessons with him have drastically improved the way in which I use my own body in performance and everyday life, resulting in less pain. He has a warm and encouraging presence and I highly recommend lessons to anyone who is interested in better understanding how to use their own body in everyday life and in performance situations, especially to those afflicted with pain.
