The location and family were great, but service was sub-par. We paid $700/night for the townhouse rental for a family of 6. They charged $80/a day for housekeeping, but we were told they only clean after we checkout. While we are staying, we had to put our used towels in a bag by the front door and call for housekeeping to swap them out the next morning. We called in for a swap and put our towels in bags as directed for pickup 9a the next morning. However, we left the room early and were out all day without cell phone range.... read more
