We came here a couple of times. Great facilities and tasty food. However, some staff incredibly arrogant towards friendly visitors. Laura: look for another job and behave.
Paid to have the family hang out and for me to catch up on some work before we jump on a plane, when ask for the wifi password to get access, she tells me they don't have wifi for paying members and guest..
We loved having this place as an amenity for our stay in Poipu. Having access to the pool and the locker room was very nice. The gym was top-notch and had a lot of variety of equipment. We had our kids do one of the tennis lessons and they had a great time doing that. Part of the basketball court had tetherball as well. The check-in desk had all of the balls and equipment to do the various activities.
