My grandma has bin in the memory wing at Points west for over 5 years. Everything there was going great there and we have bin very happy with the care by the day time staff. But up until the last year has bin nothing but issues. I feel like we have bin lied to and mislead by the management there. That is a long story in itself but to top it off my grandpa gets a phone call(not my mom who is her legal guardian) that she has bin sent to the hospital and will not be allowed back at points west.
