My dog was hit by a truck and they took such good care of him during surgery and afterwards. It's been 8 weeks and you can barely see the scare and he is doing great!
I am very pleased with points east and all the staff, I have been dealing with them about a year now due to my baby doggys TPLO surgery, they have been more that helpful along this journey and I can tell they live Rocko and are out for his best! Dr. Sonja is awesome! I would definitely recommend this place for your fur-baby's surgical need, Points East, Yall are the best!! And Rocko loves yall too!!!
Crystal and I just want to say thank you to Points East for the wonderful care you gave Roxi. Dr. Sonja, Cassi, Scarlett, and the rest of the team at Points East are hands down the best. They took extra special care of our 3 lb Yorkie and took precautions above and beyond for our tiny dog. Took their time going over all the information on the procedure and answer all the questions we had. I'm so happy to have this level of animal care in eastern NC. Previously we've had to travel to Raleigh for in-depth diagnosis or procedures. Ashley went above and beyond to accommodate us and take such good care of my Emma!
Points East was everything I could have hoped for in a pet surgery center. My puppy fractured her femur and I was referred by my vet to Points East to get her surgery. They assured me that they were the best in our area. They were not wrong. The staff was kind, gentle, and informative. They explained everything in detail and gave me great post-op notes to care for my little one. Definitely would recommend Points East!
