Doctor found and treated diagnosis quickly. Treatment was effective. Staff was fantastic and professional.
Other than the long wait, they are excellent. You have to wait if your pet is not a medical emergency while they triage true emergencies. I waited 3 hours but I understand why.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Our Teddy was in a critical Addison crisis and the staff there was right on it to diagnose it. Very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He had to stay a few days and the care was exceptional. Highly recommend ‼️
We got there with my cat at 9pm. They told us it could be a 6 hour wait. I was ok with that, but I told the receptionist that after they did vitals, I wanted to know if it would be safe for her to go back home so we could come back the next day. 16 doctors cards are on that desk, but apparently only 2 were there. The first lady asked me about her shots being up to date. I said, "um" while I tried to remember when she last got shots and the woman barked out that it was a yes or no question.
