We moved to Lakewood Ranch mid-April. This was the company for the previous owners so we called them. A rep came and gave us information and computer instructions on how to lower heating of the pool. He also indicated that the salt water feature was malfunctioning and gave us a figure of approximately $850. He left and we then received a call that the price to repair everything not working would be $2,500. That was a shock to us considering this passed approval with an inspector just before the closing.
